ATD Series is a fully automatic precision surface grinder equipped with an advanced microcomputer controller, enabling efficient achievement of fine grinding surface results while improving production efficiency.

The vertical axis elevation is controlled by a stepper motor with adjustable speed, and operates in conjunction with an electronic handwheel for precise control, achieving a minimum feed rate of 0.001mm.

Features
Microcomputer Control: The vertical axis is controlled by a stepper motor, allowing adjustable speed. The total automatic feed can be flexibly set to either 450mm or 600mm, with a minimum feed rate of 0.001mm (0.0004"), ensuring high-precision machining results
Multiple Standard Worktable Sizes: Provide 6 inches x 18 inches, 8 inches x 18 inches, 10 inches x 20 inches (2550), 12 inches x 25.5 inches (3060), 16 inches x 32 inches (4080). Multiple worktables are available to meet common machining needs in the market
Spindle: Utilizing V-3 grade motor direct drive. With minimal transmission error and excellent lubrication, it can effectively extend the spindle's lifespan. The vertical feed adjustment of the grinding wheel head can reach 0.005mm.
Rigid Structure: The machine structure is made of advanced Meehanite cast iron, ensuring optimal machine rigidity and vibration resistance.
